Learning Abroad

Studying world religions offers many opportunities to study outside the U.S. We encourage you study abroad at an institution or in a region that provides opportunities to deepen your understanding of religion.

Find general learning abroad information, including programs available, advising, financial aid and scholarships, policies and procedures, and application materials at the Learning Abroad Center.

Early planning and systematic consultation with advisers in the Learning Abroad Center and the department is key to assuring you:

find the right program for you
meet application or scholarship deadlines
are able to apply appropriate courses taken abroad to your major/minor and/or liberal education requirements
